Job description
As a Logistics Coordinator - Nights you will be responsible for:
· Tracking shipments
· Organising transport
· Managing customer enquiries
· Managing carriers
· Completing job updates
· Updating KPIs
· Ensuring continuity of service
Overall Purpose and Scope:
As a key member of the team, this role involves working nights to ensure that Amco is able to deliver outstanding and world class services 24/7. You are responsible for tracking shipments, liaising with customers and suppliers globally, quoting for transport, completing administrative tasks and effective and reliable communication with the dayshift team members.

· Self-managing with good attention to detail
· Highly organised with the ability to remain focused under pressure
· Methodical and thorough approach to work
· Must have a good level of English and Maths
· Must have strong geographical UK knowledge
· Must be computer literate including MS Office, email, spreadsheets and transport databases
· Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities to meet requirements
· Ability to adhere to processes
· Must have a ‘Can Do Attitude’ and a desire to improve
· Flexible – a “team player”
Working hours:
Tuesday - Friday 1800 - 0600.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year
