VANTAGE TAG SYSTEMS INC (VTSI). is expanding its team of technical professionals in the Operations Division. The Operations team is focused on the timely and effective delivery, installation and service, and support of our inventory to new and existing clients in golf sports, agriculture, and transportation industries.
To meet growing demand, we currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to improve efficiency in our warehouse management and inventory control. After the first six month the salary will be reviewed. Minimum 24 hours working week and will update to full time position as workload increases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare shipping documents and any cross-border documents as needed.
- Follow up with the shipments and update all parties involved.
- Coordinate with other operation team members to ensure timely delivery for installation and service
- Month-end and year-end physical count to ensure all inventory is accurate and up to date
- Keep record of inventory movements and forecasting for stock movements
- Continuously sourcing new cost-effective shipping options
- Keep warehouse organized and clean
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- · Must be very experienced in operating forklift and have experience lifting heavy items
- Experienced with international shipments and custom clearance.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadline
- Experience with shipping electronics with Lithium-ion battery.
- Demonstrated experience in small organizations.
- Experience in CRM, Salesforce, MS office and/or other business tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as in a start-up of a tech company.
- GPS industry experience would be a benefit.
- Experience in the golf industry would be a benefit.
