Role: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary/Package: £22,000, plus company benefits and personal development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify the type and quantity of items that are required to support new/existing contracts
  • Keep the stock at agreed levels within certain contracts
  • Run reports on a daily basis for allocated or key accounts - identify shortfalls and replenish parts accordingly
  • Review report criteria every three months to ensure that the requirements are accurate
  • Attend Service review meetings as and when required

Skills, Experience, Knowledge

  • Analytical mind with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative where required
  • Must possess the ability to relate and communicate professionally to other team members and both internal and external customers at all times.
  • Able to work under pressure and be prepared to work overtime as and when required
