We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and negotiating freight services with carriers, customers, and other third parties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the freight industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to think quickly and make decisions under pressure. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate rates and terms with carriers.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop relationships with carriers, customers, and vendors.
- Provide customer service to clients and carriers.
- Maintain records of transactions and invoices.
- Monitor market trends to ensure competitive rates.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities for customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
