We are looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be an essential contributor to our success, and we’ll look to you to not only grow our revenue and reputation, but to help our customers and clients increase their own profitability as well. You’ll take ownership of the company’s efforts in the day-to-day support to our customers and our external salesforce. You’ll also act as a consultant to clients offering a variety of solutions, in all cases helping them connect with their customers to build loyalty and grow revenue – it’s a critical part of our own customer satisfaction strategy.

The role will be based at our HQ in Burnham on Crouch, Essex with the hours being 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday - Thursday and 8.30 am to 4 pm Friday.
Job responsibilities:
- Sales Execution – Process B2B, telephone and email orders, ensuring that all customer details, prices, product lines and the like are accurately input.
- Sales Activity Reporting – Report and communicate with management to ensure the sales environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance. Ensure the timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of all sales activities and customer/competitive information through ongoing usage of approved sales automation tools.
- Maintain working knowledge of all products we supply, being able to explain any aspect at a moment’s notice, and develop an understanding of new products quickly
- Build new relationships and strengthen existing relationships to create lifelong business partners that will return for our products for years to come.
- Listens to and answers questions and resolves concerns to retain customers.
- Respond to telephone, email, and website contact form inquiries, from existing accounts, prospective customers, management, Nash consultants and other individuals.
- Accepts ownership for accomplishments and explores opportunities to accomplish new things in order to enhance department and company reputation.
- Personal Development & Training – Take personal accountability to complete all assigned training, and personal development requirements as required.
- Managing bookings for the portfolio of Nash lakes.
- Representing Nash tackle at trade shows and public shows where required.
- Assisting with requirements from Show Manager and Merchandising team for trade show, public shows and shop days.

- Proven ability to personally execute the sales process, developing new customers and building existing account relationships to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and business results.

- Computer literate with a high understanding of industry standard software.
Preferred:
- Use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Angling experience, although not essential.
