Job description

1-2 Years of Cross-Border Dispatch Experience is necessary for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate local and highway operators to ensure efficient and profitable operations, while providing top-tier customer service.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and customers based on market trends and fluctuating costs.
• Relaying information between customers and operators to ensure a streamlined operation.
• Assisting operators with roadside breakdowns, and reducing downtime
• Order Entry
• Utilizing load boards to fill gaps in capacity.
• Manifesting orders into ACE/ACI portals and communicating with Customs Brokers to ensure timely processing of orders.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Cross Border Dispatch Experience
• Proficient with ACE/ACI, Fleet manager TMS
• Knowledge of DOT rules and Regulations
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Understanding of Canada and USA Geography
• Geographic Experience
