Mission of the Role: The mission of the IT Office Logistics Specialist is to provide the highest standard of customer service to our customers by supporting our procurement and IT build process ensuring hardware and devices are purchased, built, and shipped out within the defined timelines along with general day-to-day office administration duties.
The role is:
- responsible for the coordination of customer hardware builds and profiles as per the agreed standards and defined SLAs
- responsible for coordinating the hardware shipping (incoming/outgoing) to and from the office
- responsible for labeling and storing hardware for customers
- accountable for ensuring the in-office hardware inventory and peripherals are updated and replenished
- accountable for ensuring the Hardware helpdesk tickets are updated regularly with current build status
- responsible for escalating any hardware build issues to the Operations supervisor immediately
- accountable for ensuring that the Hardware build team are fully utilised
- responsible for coordinating the hardware recycling and disk destruction with approved vendor
- responsible for other general administrative tasks around the office
Requirements and desired skillset:
- Must be based in the office Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm EST)

- Ability to take ownership of work, work autonomously and with little direction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good understanding of IT technology and Hardware
- Ability to streamline office administration tasks
- Basic computer skills – Windows, Mac and Microsoft Office
