We deliver around 1.3million loaves, every day of the week throughout the UK and Ireland, where we also make Mothers Pride and Ormo products.
We are 2,800 people working within 8 bakeries, 1 flour mill, and 2 regional distribution centres across the UK. Our success is a result of the hard work of our people; they are experts in their field whether it’s baking, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, or the many departments within the central functions team based in our head office in High Wycombe. The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Logistics administrator to join the team, to enable Hovis to deliver on its vision of being the best quality brand in bakery. To provide the Supply Chain and Logistics teams with administrative support, enabling the functions to provide an effective service to the wider Belfast team through the timely and accurate provision of data.
Key Accountabilities:
Working with the Despatch and Radial teams, some of the key accountabilities include;
KPI and data management- Maintain SAP Reports and requests
- Use of ID Hammer for reports on request for Site Mgmt
- Update PTL system
- Despatch reporting as required

Purchasing
- Ordering within SAP system as required
- PO generation and tracking

Service Management
- Responds to requests with fast and accurate turnarounds and in line with agreed SLAs
- Support customer service, by working closely with customers, to confirm deliveries, answering queries and inputting manual Delivery and credit notes
- Input of customer orders and invoice
- Constantly challenges the status quo to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness is maximised at all times

Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / Capabilities:
Essential:
Excellent knowledge on Excel,Word and Powerpoint- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Flexibility
- Willingness to work on own initiative
- High standard of accuracy and organisation, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
This is an on site office based role.
