Job Summary
Efficient operation of all transport administration
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively support a generative safety culture
· Administration of the waste container and general vehicle routing.
· Production of compliant transport schedules and monitoring adherence to them.
· Ensure that customers and sites are communicated with in terms of their anticipated collection/delivery times and notified of any variations in a timely manner.
· Timely raising of compliance issues to the Transport/Site Manager
· Production of load lists for empty Hipod collections and monitoring of Hipod stock on site, in liaison with the site supervisor
· Printing Hipod Paperwork
· Sending routing to other Augean sites for paperwork to be raised remotely
· Invoicing Hipod customers
· Communicate with Drivers to ensure completion of tasks
· Ensure all paperwork is raised in a timely and compliant manner
· Interacting with customers in a polite and professional manner
· Managing the Paisley bookings system
· Knowledge of Wastesoft
· Any other reasonable duties as and when required.
Critical Qualifications
· A good level of education to Standard
· A working knowledge of Excel/Word
Critical Knowledge, Skills and Experience
· Working knowledge of booking/invoicing systems
· Professional manner with the ability to liaise with customers
· Good telephone manner
· Ability to work with limited supervision
· Word/Excel
· Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
· Self-Motivated
· Good communicator.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
