Univ is recruiting for a full time Lodge Manager to manage its lodge operations. You will lead a team of seven porters who are a crucial part of the College’s support network, regularly combining their welfare skills and practical know how to help students through their time at the College.

You will be well organised, good at multi-tasking and flexible in your approach to changing work demands. Experience of managing staff in a customer facing role is essential as is a compassionate and empathetic approach to people and an affinity for working with young people in an educational setting.
