We are looking for a fantastic individual with a bursting personality who can bring fun to a workplace and provide excellent customer service as a lobby host.
You will be the face of the restaurant on our busiest days of the week, meeting and greeting customers and ensuring every customer has the best experience they possibly can! The right candidate must be energetic, fast working and of course must not be shy in talking to customers.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Kaspas
- Be warm, friendly and entertaining whilst customers are waiting to be seated, Ability to think on their feet and use their initiative.
- Ability to Cope under pressure
- Ability to self-manage
- Demonstrate Multi-tasking with ease
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Provide outstanding customer service and be able to anticipate customer’s needs and expectations.
- Maintaining high hygiene standards
The right candidate must ideally:
- Live locally due to late closing times (shifts can finish at 11pm)
- Be dedicated to exceptional customer service
- Hard working and dedicated
- Be able to use own initiative
- Be prepared to work weekdays, weekends, evenings on a rota based system.
- Be willing to work overtime as/when needed.
