We're actively recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to join our client based in the LS16 area of Leeds on a permanent basis. Working in brand new offices this is an exciting time to join as they are looking to strengthen their Sales and Customer Services team by hiring a Sales Order Processor.
The successful candidate will be dealing with customers as well as account managers and other departments internally to ensure accurate, efficient and timely processing of sales orders.
The role:
- Processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Handling enquiries (internal and external) over email and telephone
- Raising invoices, processing returns and issuing credit notes.
- Preparing and circulating daily sales report
- Working with other departments in order to provide excellent customer service.
- Any other admin duties as and where required.
Ideal candidate:
- Enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Very good IT skills, with knowledge of CRM / WMS systems and MS Office
- Able to work within a team as well as on their own initiative.
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Flexible approach, willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best result possible
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.00pm, with 4.00pm finish on Friday)

Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
