Job description

Realise have a passion for seeing learners develop their skills from the very start of their apprenticeship to the final day. The role of our data administration officer will be to start the journey for our learners in an administrative role.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an AEB Data Administration Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing the required administration activities for all contracts, while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy of data input for each adult learner, supporting their progress through various processes in a compliant and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Gain a good understanding of AEB-funded courses' eligibility criteria and funding rules, including the differences between devolved and non-devolved rules.
Process claims activity to support the end-to-end learner journey accurately and compliantly within the SILR system, including Starts, In Learning Activity, Exit, and Achievement.
Utilize and update relevant internal and external platforms, such as MIS, Microsoft Teams, Awarding Bodies, and IAG platforms.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity by fixing errors, conducting PDSATs, funding and monitoring, and other data cleansing activities issued by the Data and Compliance Team.
Facilitate and support internal audit requests submitted by the Data and Compliance Team.
Develop, maintain, and own effective relationships with all operational staff, ensuring the highest customer service standards are met and maintained.
Ensure timely claiming and distribution of learner certification process by attending Head Office (Sheffield) for a minimum of two days per month to administer paper certificates.
Adhere to processes and procedures for protecting financial claims of the company.
Maintain GDPR compliance in all areas of work.
Take ownership for all activity within your area while supporting across other functions when required.
Requirements
Proven experience in administration and data processing roles.
Strong understanding of AEB-funded courses' eligibility criteria and funding rules.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data inputting.
Familiarity with using and updating various internal and external platforms, such as MIS, Microsoft Teams, Awarding Bodies, and IAG platforms.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using office software and systems.
Knowledge of GDPR regulations and compliance.
