PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATOR ASSISTANT FOR ADULT EDUCATION (WITH APPRENTICESHIP) – REF 2306141R
Up to £14,190 p.a., rising to £22,819 p.a. on completion of Apprenticeship

The Programme Administrator Assistant for Adult Education ensures that all activities, tasks and associated documentation required to support the effective delivery of adult education programmes are completed to required timescales and accurately maintained.
This is a varied and interesting role, with you being responsible for supporting the programme and admissions teams across the Adult provision, including
- admission and enrolment support
- administration of skills assessments
- attendance/absence recording and reporting
- sourcing and purchasing of teaching resources
- minute taking and organisation of meetings
You will undertake a Level 3 Apprenticeship in either Customer Service or Business Administration and will receive appropriate training and support to ensure you can learn all relevant Runshaw College processes and procedures to enable you to provide the best possible service to all Adult learners.
