3.5 Ton Driver/Waste Loader - Full-Time Permanent Position

Wasted is a reputable waste management company dedicated to providing efficient waste removal and disposal services. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated 3.5 Ton Driver/Waste Loader to join our team. If you hold a Full UK License and possess a strong work ethic, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Clearing waste, both bagged and unbagged, from residential, industrial and commercial properties, internally & externally
  • Removing construction waste from small building sites and home refurbishments
  • Undertaking garden clearance and cleaning tasks, including strimming, weeding, and more
  • moving of furniture and bulky items as part of a two-person team (e.g., beds, washing machines, sofas, fridge/freezers, etc.)
  • Performing small demolition works, such as kitchen and bathroom rip-outs, shed demolition, etc.
  • Wheelie bin collection service & Emptying wheelie bins in cases where the regular contractor is unavailable due to service issues or overloading

Pay and Perks:

  • Starting pay: £10.60 per hour, including a bonus (increases to £11/£12 after 6/12 months)

Requirements:

  • Full UK License
  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Physical fitness for manual labour and heavy lifting
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of work and customer service

Schedule:

  • Start times: 8:30 am
  • Finish times: Aim for 4:30-5:30 pm
  • Monday to Friday (weekends off)
