Our fabulous team in Slough are looking for a Loader to join them on a permanent basis.
Job Type: Full time
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off – average of 42 hours per week with the shift starting between 4.00 a.m. and 7.00 a.m.
Your new role
Our vehicles don’t load or unload themselves, which is where you come in!
Duties will include loading and unloading vehicles in a safe, timely and efficient manner, making sure you communicate with both the drivers and the production team on site to ensure the smooth movement of both clean and dirty linen. You will also be responsible for the general housekeeping of the transport area on-site.
What do I need to apply?
We are looking for candidates, who first and foremost, can work the shift pattern required. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, the ability to work as part of a team and flexibility in terms of hours. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided, but you will need to be able to lift heavy loads (towels, linen etc). If you hold a forklift licence, that would be perfect!
You must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK, be able to communicate in English, and be aged 18 or over.
