We are currently recruiting Packing operations Team Members to join the busy team at the North Scarle Lincoln factory. The purpose of the role is to help the supervisors in the smooth running of the dispatch to meet department targets and orders while maintaining excellent standards in food safety and quality. Job Duties: You will be picking, packing, and handling pet food goods. Loading and unloading of vehicles. Picking orders on the Cmex system. Ensuring products are stored correctly while maintaining traceability at all times. Maintaining food safety standards at all times. Shifts: 4 On 4 Off Days/Nights 12-hour shifts 0600-1800 1800-0600 Duration: Long-term ongoing work with a permanent contract. Requirements and Experience: A motivated individual who is driven to deliver working within a team or on your own. An excellent attitude towards teamwork and always willing to assist colleagues. A good standard of spoken and written English. Good attention to detail. Wages: £11.22 p/h basic. £16.83 p/h Overtime. Raising to £12.75 basic and £19.12 p/h OT when signed off as an experienced worker within their factory operations.
