At JLR we are committed to delivering a seamless Retailer and Customer experience through our cutting-edge SM@RT platform. We are seeking a dedicated LMS Operations Administrator to ensure that SM@RT remains consistently accurate and reliable. This critical role involves coordinating with key stakeholders, managing code fixes, overseeing minor improvements, translations, and deployments, and maintaining the SM@RT User Manual.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Key Triage Lead: Take ownership of all BAU (Business as Usual) issues across markets and maintain oversight of ongoing development.
- Prioritisation: Select and prioritise BAU incidents and small change requests while assessing risks, complexity, and strategic alignment.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with the fix, development and integration teams and confidently communicate activities to the subscribing markets and stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to present tool health and performance statistics to stakeholders. Purchase Orders: Raise or coordinate the raising of Purchase Orders and Invoice Payments in SAP, contributing to budget discussions with Finance Teams.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Essential:
- Automotive Experience: Understanding of the automotive industry and the significance of systems and knowledge management.
- Project Planning: Demonstrable project planning and process skills with adaptability to diverse activities and projects.
- Budget Management: Ability to manage budgets and exercise cost control.
- Customer Focus: A strong customer, retailer, and commercial focus.
- IT Proficiency: Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and JIRA.
