Salary: £55,000+ base, depending on experience.

So let’s get straight to it. We’re on the hunt for a Regional Property Manager who will support some of our fantastic pubs and bars in the South West England & South Wales areas.

About the role
The Property Team is made up of 30 passionate professionals who are responsible for the care, maintenance, and improvement of around 2,300 pubs across the UK. The team play a key role in maintaining the internal and external fabric of the property portfolio, working closely with a vast range of internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors and working with the pub tenants, lessees and operators.
The Regional Property Manager will manage the end-to-end process of the asset protection of our pubs. They will need to coordinate resources of contractors and consultants to ensure health and safety standards are maintained and that processes and procedures applied. You’ll manage budgets to maintain safe and fit-for-purpose commercial premises, as well as capital investments improving facilities in our pubs.
This role plays a critical role in keeping our properties safe for our pub operators and their customers, as well as progressively improving the condition and sustainability of them. This is done via the efficient and effective management of repairs, and planned maintenance. Customers are at the heart of this role and working with new and out going pub operators to enable them to understand their repair obligations the dilapidations process.
Who we’re looking for
This role is all about the ongoing maintenance and improvement of multiple buildings and therefore you’ll require formal qualifications in building surveying or facilities management (either RICS qualified Building Surveyor, or CIOB chartered member along with BSc in building surveying) Having experience of managing projects and repairs & maintenance across a multi-site portfolio, along with full budget control & responsibility for projects and repairs ideally in a retail environment or other similar reactive customer-focused sectors is highly desirable.
As the key elements of the role will centre around health and safety, effective management of suppliers and projects you’ll have experience of working effectively within an environment where there is a strong compliance culture, managing third parties, driving projects and navigating the complex challenges that present themselves. You’ll be a skilled communicator and proven influencer at all levels and able to demonstrate confidence and clarity and to build effective relationships.
