We are looking for a passionate, hard working individual to take a crucial role in continuing to develop our kitchen and drive forward our thriving pub business in a unique Island Location.
This Role will involve:
* Hands on day to day cooking and preparation of our menu and daily specials
* Managing and rotating stock
* Stock Ordering
* Kitchen Hygiene and Cleanliness Management
The job will entail working 5 days out of 7 including weekend work with live in accommodation available.
We are located on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, a unique venue off the Northumberland coast, the successful candidate will either live on the island or will use our live in accommodation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience.

Salary: £11.00-£13.50 per hour
