The Council’s Livewell service offers free lifestyle programmes to help adults and children in Derby to manage their weight, stop smoking, get fitter and improve their overall wellbeing.
The 12-month programmes combine one to one and group support with fun activities and educational workshops to help families to change their lifestyles for the better.
Since 2013, the service has supported over 16,000 people to transform their lives and we’re looking for a talented customer service administrator to join our award-winning team to support even more individuals to achieve their health goals.
As a Customer Contact Team Assistant you will be responsible for a range of administrative duties including being the first point of contact for the public, Livewell clients and health professionals. The role involves managing appointments, processing applications and dealing with general enquiries on the phone, by email and through social media.

All employees will normally be appointed to the minimum of the grade for the job. For reasons connected with a particular need of the Council it may be appropriate, subject to approval, to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade.
