Calling experienced, warm and nature loving nannies. This is a wonderful full-time role based in Oxford that is open to live-in or live-out offering £55,000 GPA.

The nanny will be working 5x days a week, however flexibility is required for when the nanny gets their two days off. This family are looking for their next long-term nanny, someone who has shown longevity in roles previously (over 1 year) and who will become a valued member of the family. The dad works away from home half the year and so this really will be working as part of a team with the mum, who works from home. The family are open to live-in or live-out and the nanny will be provided separate annex with private bedroom and bathroom. You’ll be caring for just one toddler who is very happy and loves spending time outdoors. On a day-to-day the nanny will be responsible for general safety and well-being of their Son, preparing healthy meals, playing lots of games, being outside (strict no screen policy), tidying up on the go and arranging age appropriate activities that support his development, including taking him to playdates or other activities close by. This is a fantastic role for a caring, bubbly and proactive nanny who loves working with children and is passionate about helping them grow. The family have a housekeeper so no heavy housekeeping is expected, however someone who tidies up on the go and is proactive in house management is a must (stacking dishwasher, putting on a wash, ad hoc errands etc).

Candidates will need some childcare experience (including baby experience) to be considered with a preference for nannies who also speak German, French, Italian or Spanish! The ideal candidate will be someone who is active, kind and has the confidence and initiative to get things done. This is the perfect role for someone who is looking for long-term role working with a welcoming family. Communication is key to this family and is an important that the nanny shares this value. The nanny will also need to be open to travel with the family throughout the year. Their previous nanny have become part of the family and will provide the new nanny a handover for a smooth transition.
