Kingsley Housing - Live-In Caretaker - £25,000pa

A varied role has become available for an self-motivated and vigilant individual to join our team working within our B&B settings. We operate a number of B&Bs across Dorset and Somerset so the candidate will be required to travel.
The role includes:
- Manning the reception desk
- Cleaning the accommodation and communal areas
- Checking clients in and out of the B&B
- Keeping track of incoming bookings
- Assisting with enquiries from clients and colleagues
- Maintaining excellent standards of customer service for clients
- Keeping logs of all ins and outs of the B&B during shifts
- Some maintenance skill required to take care of the property, such as decorating/changing locks/basic plumbing (changing a tap etc).
The role is for a live-in caretaker, accommodation is included in the package.
