We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Stockport as a Live In Care Professional.
As a Live In Care Professional you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of domiciliary services including meal preparation, assisting with medications, housekeeping duties and assisting with the safe use of aids and adaptations to help support the client to live independently in their own home.
You do not need any particular qualifications to become a Care Professional however previous experience working in a care setting is desirable. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
As a Live In Care Professional, you will be paid £850 per week. In addition to this you will receive a weekly meal allowance of £50, along with a separate room to stay in at your client's home with full training provided.
As a Live In Care Professional you will work a two week on/two week off pattern, working on average for 10 hours per day with a two-hour break that usually falls in the afternoon, although this may vary depending on the needs of your client/s.
