Job description
URGENT! FEMALE CARER ONLY
There has not been a better time to become or work as a self-employed live-in carer.
Working in an awarding industry that grows very fast and that secures job continuity even in difficult financial and economic times, but also working as self-employed, comes with many benefits.
We are urgently recruiting for a wonderful couple in London. They require minimal support throughout the day, but they are prone to falls. You will benefit from a flexible rota – 2 weeks on with 2 weeks off or 3 weeks on with 1 week off. This will very much suit individuals who are looking to spend more time with their families or would like to travel or even to have more time at once to themselves.
We are looking for experienced live-in care assistants who can support this lovely couple, and who can demonstrate empathy, patience, skills, flexibility, mannerism, and genuine care for our clients.
You will have your own bedroom with your own bathroom, in a beautiful penthouse with a gorgeous view and plenty of relaxing time. You will also have 2 hours break every day and 2 meals per day provided by the client.
IMMEDIATE START!
Aside of flexibility, as self-employed you will be entitled to claim tax deductible expenses as long as it’s ‘wholly and exclusively’ for business purposes. Our company can assist with that on request.
We will support you at all times and we will be ensuring the quality and compliance of the care delivered as well as giving direct support to our clients and loved ones. We will work in close conjunction with you to ensure that our clients have their needs and wants met at all times.
We will treat you a part of the team despite the fact that you are self-employed, therefore you will participate in all company’s fun activities as well as meetings and updates or guidance.
We are looking for self-employed, experienced carers who are not afraid to take the lead and deliver exceptional care to our clients and the community.
It is necessary to have the ability to take initiative in emergency cases, to deal with situations and to ensure transparency with your line manager.
Experience in live-in care is essential along with up-to-date training. Our services are tailored based on clients’ needs. You will provide person-centred care and will ensure the safety and comfort of our clients. A smile and a positive atmosphere can make all the difference in the world.
You will be rewarded with:
· competitive pay rate of £800 per week – this is your full pay as self-employed
· training and certificates in the industry
· Alzheimer’s and Dementia training
· referral scheme bonuses
· employee of the month
· paid mileage if driving clients in trips and visits – 50p/mile
· opportunities to advance in career
· performance bonuses
· and many other perks along with career opportunities
Please not that we do not sponsor overseas candidates and due to a high volume of application we will only be able to contact those who fit the profile and are available to start within a week (Saturday the 11th of February)
We ask in return for you to show us that you care!
