About us
AudioCP Ltd is a professional AV hire company based in Glasgow City Centre who provide equipment and technicians for a wide range of events including concerts, theatre shows, corporate events, as well as dry hires for small venues up to large festival shows. For many years the business has concentrated on providing a high level of audio production, and more recently has expanded into providing lighting, visuals and staging.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced audio engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of different live events each week which can include set up and derig, FOH or monitor mixing, and involvement in dealing with dry hires.
Duties:
- Mixing live sound at FOH or Monitors
- Preparing equipment for events and dry hires in the warehouse
- Booking in and out equipment on our booking system
- Drive vans to deliver, set up and collect equipment to and from venues
- Test and maintain equipment before going out on hire
- Some travelling and overnight stays for small tours and events throughout the UK
- Occasionally setting up basic lighting or visual equipment depending on the event (training provided)
Knowledge on the following would be advantageous, but is not a necessity as on the job training will be provided:
- L'Acoustics Kara, Kiva + Arcs systems
- L'Acoustics LA Network
- Allen & Heath SQ, Avantis + DLive Mixing Desks
- Sennheiser G4 & Shure URD RF systems
- Sennehiser G4 IEM System
A full UK driving license is an essential requirement.
Experience:
- Must have mixed live bands/artists in a range of venues
- Dealing with professional level artists
- Setting up a wide range of PA systems
- Multiple RF Microphone Systems

Starting Salary £24,000 to £27,000 Depending on Experience
