Job description
Kennedys are undergoing extreme growth within the motor practice and therefore, recruiting a number of credit hire professionals to join the non-injury team in Manchester. We are recruiting fee earners to handle defendant matters in the Small Claims, Fast Track, Multi Track, OIC and MOJ arenas. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high quality caseload with a variety of clients.
Team
Kennedys' Liability team handle pre and post litigation work including small, large loss, fast and multi-track claims. The wider team advise on motor liability, employers liability and public liability matters.

Required experience
- 0-5 years' with the relevant experience*
- Litigation experience of claimant motor, motor defence and credit hire work
- Previous client contact
- Credit hire experience is desirable
- Experience of negotiation.
