As a Technician within our Rolex team, you will manage a range of repairs and work in collaboration with our Aftercare Services team. You will be passionate in ensuring the best quality of work is given to our clients and Rolex watches.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering repairs to our Rolex watches and maintaining all documentation and admin duties in our Rolex aftercare services.
You will work in a well-equipped workshop with two Rolex accredited watchmakers with over 25 years’ experience collectively. In collaboration with Rolex, we are committed to continuous training and development for our colleagues ensuring we continue to make anything possible for our clients.
In addition to this, you will also be responsible for:
  • De-casing of watches brought in for servicing.
  • Guaranteeing all paperwork is appropriately filled out, attaching any required testing documentation, before passing the work to Quality Control.
  • Ordering additional required spare parts as per current policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring that all spare parts used are allocated to the correct job and all spare parts are received and correctly invoiced and stored.
  • Actively following up on any incorrect orders for a resolution as soon as possible.
  • Accurate estimate creation and uploading to repairs file.
  • Reassembly of watches after servicing.
  • Rolex “Quick Service” – Bracelet & strap adjustments, replacements and link adjustments.
About You
You will have worked with Rolex products in a similar capacity.
In addition to this, you will also possess the below qualities and technical skills.
  • Basic mechanical watch movement knowledge.
  • Level 20 Rolex accreditation is desirable, but all required training for the right candidate will be provided.
  • Self-motivated and well organised.
  • Attention to detail with good eye/hand coordination and concentration.
  • Understanding of customer expectations/requirements.
  • The ability and passion to work in a team environment.
  • Pro-active problem solving.
  • To act as an ambassador for Rolex aftercare.
