Job description
Responsible to: Site Manager
The role requires you to work across two of our sites Silver Ridge and Beetham. Both are peaceful countryside parks surrounded by woodland and nature for total relaxation throughout the year.
Main tasks of Job Include:
General Park maintenance and construction Strimming and mowing grass, hedge cutting, leaf clearance in the autumn, maintenance of grounds machinery, assisting with building deckings, and walls, laying flags, erecting fences, fixing gates. You will be kept busy with a variety of jobs in and around the park.
Health and safety Keeping guests and staff safe though safe working practices, routine, and preventative maintenance
Requirements
This role requires you to be very practical you need to be proficient at DIY or a trade is essential, basic machine maintenance knowledge is an advantage. Experience driving tractors and mowers preferred.
Managing your own time, using your initiative to its full potential and being proactive is vital to make this role work.
You will have an awesome eye for detail, spotting things guests would never notice, but that contribute to the high standards of the park.
This role requires energy in abundance, it is physically demanding and youre on your feet all day. Who needs a gym membership? If you have any energy left, you do actually get free gym membership, with use of our 2 pools, hows that for a perk?

It goes without saying that you should be presentable, punctual and willing to learn.
Qualifications:
No formal qualifications required, but a trade and/or previous experience in facilities management, maintenance or grounds keeping would be advantageous.
Full clean Driving license
