Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee operations in our Fruit Packing Factory. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding a dedicated team of fruit packers to ensure that our fruits are sorted, packed, and prepared for distribution efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a great opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a thriving agricultural environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of fruit packers, ensuring they are well-trained and adhere to company policies and safety procedures.Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet daily production goals and deadlines.Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly.Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.Collaborate with the production manager to optimize workflow and implement improvements.Assist in training and onboarding new team members.Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.Handle any employee concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy.Requirements:Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or packing environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field is a plus.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £12.00-£13.00 per hourBenefits:Company pensionAbility to commute/relocate:Stanford-Le-Hope: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: In person
