Lighting Design Engineer

Torque Consulting are currently seeking a Senior Lighting Design Engineer for a market leading lighting and electrical department who design and deliver, lighting and electrical installation to large scale corporate clients and councils across the UK. The company are rapidly growing and fast becoming who of the best companies in the UK to work for.
You must have experience working with a lighting manufacturer or consultant. The ideal candidate will have good experience using AutoCAD and relux lighting software.
Responsibilities:
- Collating info captured into excel BOM [Bill of Materials] as base info for duration of each project
- Producing Lighting CAD Drawings to issue to Clients and Lynx Installation teams
- Using 3D Lighting Software [Relux] to replicate sites surveyed as 3D models – Experience Req’
- Specifying Lighting Products from range of Lynx Supply partners – training given
- Design Proposal input / writing with performance and compliance descriptions and 3D graphics
