Seasonal Lifeguard
£11.24 per hour (from April 2023)

Dive into the world of water
We are looking for Qualified and Non-Qualified Lifeguards to join our Rutland Water Park this summer, working on the beach and taking a vigilant approach protecting the lives of our visitors. We will be providing training with the role, so don’t worry we won’t throw you in the deep end.
Once training has been completed you will be responding with urgency and efficiency to any swimmers and visitors in distress. Providing first-class service to all visitors whilst observing and supervising them to ensure beach and park rules are observed.

What does it take to be an Anglian Water Lifeguard?
Trained Lifeguards need to have achieved the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and/or Open Water (OWL) Qualification
Non-Qualified Lifeguards must be available for training from April 2023
Excellent communication and social skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong swimmer
Ability to work thought the summer between June – September 2023
