Internal Account Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Account Manager to join an industry leading integrated technology provider based in Halesowen, Birmingham. Role
The primary role of the Internal Account Manager is to maintain, develop and grow existing client base and associated contractual renewal values. It is expected that the successful candidate will help the sales team grow nominated accounts through the provision of additional products, hardware and services. This will be done through the creation of strategic account planning, building of relationships and identification of new opportunities within your allocated workload.
The ideal candidate must have:-
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure including on-premise, hybrid, cloud solutions and services
- Knowledge of UCaaS and Managed Print Solutions
- Self-motivation, tenacity and able to work with a degree of autonomy.
- Methodical approach with good attention to detail delivering accuracy in your work.
- Enthusiastic approach, customer focused and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to challenge, question and improve method and process through considered and substantiated recommendations.
- An ownership of learning
- Ability to plan and deliver productive discussions over the telephone, along with any face-to-face requirements.
- Capability to maximise margins and upsell opportunities through negotiation and a ‘good, better, best’ approach.
- An understanding of the Cyber Security threat landscape and knowledge of risk mitigation would be advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
