Life Story Worker
(Market Place/Town Hall)
£32,020 pa
This is an exciting opportunity to join South Tyneside Council to support and develop our Life Story Work offer.
The role is based in a small, dedicated team, managed by the Life Story Work Coordinator. You will have experience of working directly with children and families and will work alongside social work staff.
You will be responsible for completing Life Story Books for children who have been adopted and will also support colleagues to embed life story work in their practice. You will also provide therapeutic life story work, working alongside children/young people and their carer to our cared for children and young people.
