Our company is seeking a part-time life sciences researcher to join our team. As part of our research team, you will be working on projects to find innovative scientific solutions to real-world problems by conducting systematic data analysis and producing evidence-based reports. This position will be part-time and mostly remote initially, with the potential to transition to full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct database searches using systematic techniques and extract datasets
- Conduct data analysis, including statistical analysis, meta-analysis, and modelling
- Keep detailed records of analyses conducted and datasets
- Work with the project research team to integrate analyses and derive evidence-based recommendations
- Write up report sections
- Assist in creating project proposals and work plans
Qualifications:
- Life Sciences PhD (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or related field)
- Experience in systematic literature review and working with industry beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £15,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
