About the role and our team
Join our friendly team as a Library Assistant at Keyll Darree, where high quality education and resources are provided for all health and social care staff on the Isle of Man!
Within this role, you will work as part of the library team to provide the day to day operation of all library and information services, assisting users in accessing print and electronic resources and recording user and circulation data on library systems.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a responsive, efficient inter-library loan service
- Delivering one-to-one training and advice on accessing evidence-based resources and IT
- Assisting with keeping the library’s website and Twitter feed up to date
- Planning displays for the notice board, promoting our books and library services
