An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Library in providing high quality library enquiry and user support services.
This varied role will suit someone enthusiastic about working with students and a positive approach to customer service. You will staff a range of service points skills responding to a range of enquiries in person, over the phone and online; work with colleagues across the Library team; complete administrative tasks; and have the opportunity to support and contribute library service development.
You will have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. You will have good IT skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, the ability to work well with colleagues and students of all backgrounds

This is an on-campus role. It is not suitable for regular remote working. Main hours of work will be on a fixed shift basis between 08:00-18:00 Monday – Friday.
