Receptionist / Patient Co-Ordinator, we want you!
£30,000/year +

We are a high end, luxurious plastic surgeon led clinic looking for experienced and dynamic receptionists to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests receive an excellent standard of customer service, and that every patient journey is a positive experience from start to finish.
The position will entail meeting and greeting the patients, booking treatments, taking payments, administration, and diary management. The position will also help the team with the general running of the clinic and product orders.
Skills and experience required.
We are looking for someone who is presentable, friendly, polite, and professional when dealing with patients, and is organised and efficient when managing their workload.
You must be committed to providing excellent customer service, understanding the importance of discretion, and have a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Presentable to showcase our treatments and products.
- At least 2 years of experience at front desk of cosmetic/aesthetic practice or healthcare organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with electronic practice management systems will be an advantage but not essential
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8 hours shift
Some weekend or evening

Salary: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
