Salary: Starting at £22,000 per year

We are looking for 2 talented apprentices to join our Sales and Marketing team at our Peterborough facility. This degree apprenticeship scheme will enable you to grow and develop your capabilities. Through combining university-based learning with on-the-job training you’ll learn the latest skills and knowledge from our experts. Pathways potentially available:
Level 6 Chartered Manager
Level 6 Marketing Manager
As a Sales and Marketing apprentice you will support serving our customers and marketing our products worldwide. Work is likely to include, but not be limited to:
Understand customer needs and develop product requirements to deliver customer value
Maintaining existing relationships with customers, and winning new business from our competitors
Analysing data to understand the current and future market and customer needs
Analysing new opportunities, and defining our brand and product positioning
Develop and execute strategies to take our new product to market
Given the global focus of our business, our apprentices could also be presented with the opportunity to travel overseas.
What we need from you: “Knowledge and competencies”
GCSE: Five GCSEs at Level 4 (C) or above including Maths and English.
A-Levels: Minimum of 96 tariff points.
NOTE: Equivalent academic qualifications to the above requirements welcome. You can apply with predicted grades. If you’re successful at the interview stage, the job offer will be conditional on you achieving the required grades before September 2023.
