During this Apprenticeship at Disney+, you will get the chance to work side-by-side with industry leaders while you study towards your apprenticeship qualification - Level 4 Public Relations & Communications. You will gain valuable skills working within one of the strongest families of brands on a global scale while building lasting connections. Imagine that!
Working across both Disney+ and Media Networks, you will have an essential role in helping the team devise and implement creative communications campaigns to drive audiences to our programming, platforms, and brands.
Working closely with our PR Coordinator, Intern and Publicists, your role will play an integral part within the team with support for the delivery of key press materials, assets, and the day-to-day press office management for Disney+.
As a Public Relations and Communications Apprentice, you will be involved in a wide range of duties which could include supporting the team in research, maintaining the calendar of events, and managing ad-hoc projects throughout your Apprenticeship.
This Apprenticeship will develop your communication, stakeholder management and time management skills to start your career in Public Relations and Communications as well as obtaining the Level 4 Public Relations and Communications qualification.

This opportunity is based in Disney's Hammersmith Office and will require you to be on-site four days per week.
Eligibility
Must have achieved or be on target to achieve two C’s or above at A Levels or equivalent by September 2023
Must have achieved 5 grades 4 - 9 at GCSE (C or above) including Maths and English
Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
Must be available to start the apprenticeship in September 2023
About you
This is an Apprenticeship, so we are looking for potential and we do not expect you to have all the skills and knowledge related to the role. We want to see your enthusiasm, eagerness to learn on the job and commitment to your apprenticeship studies. The ideal candidate will have:
A passion to start a career in PR and/or Communications
Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
You think creatively and bring a ‘can do’ solutions-based attitude to tasks
An ability and willingness to take on new and different challenges
Strong MS Office or Mac skills

Annual salary of £21,000 with 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays)
This programme is 18 months long
20% of your working hours will be allocated to study time for your Apprenticeship
