JOB SPECIFICS
£18k Per Annum Salary
38 hour working week
Monday and Tuesday 7:30 - 4:30
Wednesday and Thursday 7:30 - 4:15
Friday 7:30 - 12
This opportunity is for a HQ position, meaning you will cover both sites whilst being based at our Leeds, HQ site, LS19 7AW. There will be opportunity to travel to our Leicester site, LE18 4ZH.
The Qualification increases the apprentice’s competencies in procurement and raises the profile of procurement individuals will become competent in all stages of the procurement cycle and able to apply factual, procedural, and theoretical knowledge of procurement and supply. This will be delivered through Supply Chain Consultants Ltd and by the end of the apprenticeship the learner will have CIPS Level 3 Qualification, evidenced Functional Skills Level 2 and passed a CIPS Ethics Test.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain procurement records
- Running SAP reports
- Analyzing demand
- Requesting quotations from suppliers
- Raising purchase orders
- Ensuring on time delivery of purchase orders
- Helping to resolve invoice queries
- Building relationships with internal customers and external suppliers
- Work co-operatively with all other members of the purchasing team to ensure the department runs smoothly
- Provide a high standard of organizational & administrative support
