We're looking for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator/trainee lister to complement our fantastic residential Lettings team in South Birmingham. The role of Lettings Negotiator/ trainee lister is fast paced and as such you will be an ambitious individual eager to hone your skills across lettings. Ideally you will be someone who likes to see the process from beginning to end.
As Lettings Negotiator/trainee lister you will be responsible for:
- Arranging property viewings
- Negotiating lets
- Driving market share and finding new opportunities
- Carrying out administration duties from start to move in
- Building rapport and relationships with new and old investors
As Senior Lettings Negotiator you will have the following skill set:
- Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
- Poses a can do attitude with drive to grow your career
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential
- Recent experience working within the property sector would be ideal but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
