The Opportunity
We have an exciting new vacancy for a Lettings Administrator to join our Planning & Estates team at our Bardon Hill head office in Coalville, Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure into a large business with access to learning and qualifications.
As the Lettings Administrator you'll take on the management of the property lettings portfolio including the rents receivable invoicing of tenants, also to assist in the management of the Bardon Hill Establishment budget and provide general support to the Estates Team.
- Administer and raise purchase orders for Bardon Hill Establishment costs and also capital expenditure
- Manage the rents receivable invoicing of tenants
- Assist in the management of the companies properties residential portfolio as and when required
Who you are
- Strong written English skills
- IT literacy is essential including Google applications, MS Word and MS Excel (setting up document templates and report formatting)
- Be organised, proactive, self-motivated and able to adapt to change
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
