Lending Fulfilment Manager |S2 | Corporate & Commercial Banking | Manchester Country: United Kingdom WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Site Based with a Hybrid Working Pattern Join our community. We have an exciting opportunity for a Lending Fulfilment Manager to join our team! You will work in the Real Estate Pre-closing team within the Lending Fulfilment department which forms part of the Credit Enablement division. You will liaise with Real Estate and Housing Front Office and Credit teams, as well as other departments within Santander where required to support the various stakeholders through the lending fulfilment process, from review of panel solicitor drafted facility documentation in conjunction with the credit sanction and managing all drawdown formalities ready for handover to the Booking and Funding team. The difference you’ll make. Reviewing / documenting facility letters, amendment letters, and other associated documentation in line with credit approval and monitoring transaction progress. Liaising with Front Office, Credit and other Santander teams as necessary at each stage of the lending fulfilment process. Acting as ongoing liaison/advisor to In-Life / Back Office Teams as required on certain transactions. Providing accurate handover information to the Booking and Funding Team and other In Life Teams. Providing input on projects undertaken by the Real Estate Pre-closing team and the wider Lending Fulfilment department, including supporting on digitalisation initiatives. What you’ll bring. Detailed knowledge and understanding of lending products related documentation and experience of dealing with lending fulfilment. Thorough understanding of operational risk, including documentation risk. It would also be nice for you to have. Ability to manage stakeholders, work to tight deadlines and prioritise work effectively. Understanding of and experience reviewing LMA documentation. Experience within the Housing/Real Estate sector. Good numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail and nCino and ALFA5 systems knowledge. What else you need to know. This is a 12 month fixed term . This role is a dual location role based principally working from home with a minimum of two days per month in the Manchester office.
