Life Cafés & Resorts is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company on a mission to deliver bespoke and sustainable Food & Beverage and unique Leisure experiences across our UK operations. With Café and Leisure operations in truly special venues across the country.
We are currently looking for Leisure Boat Assistants to join our Team at Belper River Gardens.
The following position is required to join our beautiful operation in April 2023 and will be an integral part of our leisure operations at Belper River Gardens on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Leisure Assistant, you will be working with a supportive, positive team:
- Ensuring the Health and Safety of the customers is a priority and you comply with the required standards at all times.
- Helping customers get in and out of the boats in a safe manner.
- Follow the safety guidelines that are in place at all times for customers hiring boats.
- General customer service - answering questions, providing warm and friendly support to our customers.
- Processing payment for the activity on card or cash.
- Assisting with the cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the boats.
ABOUT YOU
You will be positive, energetic and professional and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure our guests receive outstanding, consistent service throughout their visit.
You will ideally hold a Lifeguard qualification, and have experience in a similar customer service background within the leisure sector.
