We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Sales Executive to support our team.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our sales processes and will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and supporting to maximise sales revenue opportunities.
The office is based in Morley, in close proximity to the M62 and M621 so easy access to Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford. Free parking!!
There will also be an opportunity with this role to travel and attend exhibitions.
Monday to Friday, office hours - so no evenings or weekends....what's not to like!
What will I do?
- Support and facilitate booking process for tour series and group requests.
- Manage and respond to requests delivered to the central email inbox for group bookings.
- Develop new business sales opportunities from transactional accounts.
- To effectively communicate with hotels within the portfolio to result in an uplift in account revenue within the leisure groups market segment.
- When required support National Account Director with monthly sales activity appointments client events on property, networking and industry events.
- Support National Account Director with special event programs such as Christmas and New Year packages.
- Support hotel event and group sales teams with loading numbers and sales updates.
Is this the role for me?
- Previous experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage, although not essential
- Ideally, you will have sales experience within the hospitality industry, however, not essential
- KPI and target driven
- There will also be an opportunity with this role to travel and attend exhibitions
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, working under pressure
- Interpersonal skills
- Quick learner
- IT literate and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Team player and willing to lend a hand where the business requires
- Able to think outside the box and have ideas on how to maximise opportunities
