We are hiring! Our Nottingham team are looking for a Support Assistant to join us.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and highly motivated individual who thrives on providing an excellent customer service. You do not need to have previous experience however a keen interest in the legal sector is a must.
The role
This will involve providing full administrative support to our lawyers in a variety of tasks. In return, you will have the opportunity to work alongside qualified and experienced lawyers as well as other support colleagues on a diverse portfolio and highly prestigious cases, making a vital contribution to the clients we represent.
Key requirements
- Self-sufficient and thrive in a busy working environment
- The ability to work proactively and accurately to meet deadlines
- Ability to produce letters, as well as completion of legal forms and documents for clients, the court and third parties. (This role will involve extracting information required from the case files, so attention to detail is paramount).
- Excellent communication and client care skills with an ability to empathise with vulnerable clients is essential.
- Fully competent skills in Microsoft Office is required however full training will be provided on the firm’s own internal systems and processes.
- Experience gained within a legal environment will be a distinct advantage. However we will also consider recent graduates.
Interview Process
You will be contacted by our Talent team for an initial conversation, no more than 30 minutes.
Following this, you will be invited to an interview assessment at our offices. This will be taking place on Thursday 24th August. Both afternoon and evening slots are available.
