The Role
The Legal Services Manager reports to the Director of Risk and Legal Operations and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of Legal Support for MOV8 Real Estate. The role holder will have direct line management responsibility for a large team of Legal Support Assistants (LSAs) and Legal Executives (LEs) who are responsible for the delivery of key legal and administrative processes on behalf of the Case Managers delivering Conveyancing and Private client services.
The Legal Services Manager is responsible for all Legal Support activity including, adherence to process (including Service Level Agreements), managing and mitigating Legal Support Operational Risk, training and development of LSAs and LEs, handling internal service complaints and supporting the wider business in delivery of process and service improvement.

- Supporting Fee Earners

- Completing status reports on cases introduced on a weekly basis.

Remuneration
Starting salary is between £30,000 to £37,750 per annum depending on experience.
