Legal Secretary required – Full time and/or Part time
We are looking for a highly organised Legal Secretary/Legal Admin Assistant to work full time or part time in our private client department. It's a particularly friendly and professional firm, regularly receiving excellent client feedback. You would be managing the administration of client matters, having sound IT, MS Office and keyboarding skills.
This responsible role requires good organisational skills, a proactive approach to work, and the ability to work under pressure. It includes liaising with third parties by telephone, written communication and in person; also dealing with initial enquiries from prospective new clients, diary management, and organising client meetings. It involves using Laserforms, and computerised legal accounts and case management software for recording costs of work in progress and managing 'key dates' and billing.
