This is an exciting new role within a rapidly expanding company with a friendly and motivating culture.
We are currently recruiting for the position of Secretary and Receptionist to be based in our Basingstoke office.
This role offers a competitive Salary dependant on experience.
This is a part-time position.
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills, experience and qualities:
- Excellent IT and Typing skills.
- At least one year’s experience working in an administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Is a team player.
- Excellent client care skills due to the sensitive nature of the work.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload where necessary.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
About the role:
- Responsible for providing support to fee earners and covering the office reception including incoming calls.
- Must provide excellent client care at all times, in compliance with company procedures.
- Manage client files as will be speaking with clients.
- Provide daily administration support.
- Any other duties as and when required.
